Strong entrepreneurial culture

ITU has a strong startup culture. Many students dream of starting their own business, and our graduates are among the most entrepreneurial in Denmark.

As a student, you will find a strong focus on turning what you learn into innovative solutions that make a difference for people, organizations, and society. This is an integrated part of all study programmes and, for many, becomes a natural part of student life.

If you get a business idea during your studies – or are simply curious about the startup world – there are plenty of opportunities for networking, guidance, and support.

Kickstart your idea at ITU!

Are you curious about innovation and entrepreneurship? At ITU, you can explore your ideas and develop your own business – regardless of your field of study and prior experience. Through ITU NextGen, our innovation and startup hub, you receive mentoring, expand your network, and can take part in innovation events or apply for a place in the startup program.

The activities are open to all students and run alongside your studies.

NextGen has been crucial to our journey as entrepreneurs. A place to fully focus and gain insight into the entrepreneurial world is invaluable – we wouldn't have come as far as we are without their help.
