Digitization presents leaders with a long list of new opportunities and risks, and it can be difficult to decide what to focus on and predict exactly which new digital tools might enhance the business.
At the Innovation for Leadership (I4L) conference, organized by the ITU research project of the same name, leaders can get new inspiration and insights on today’s challenges. In a series of talks, researchers, experts and companies will share their experiences and best practices within digital innovation, communication and data-driven leadership.
"We have gathered several intriguing speakers who will talk about how leaders can support digital transformation, the opportunities and risks associated with data-driven decision making, what to be aware of when communicating digitally with employees, and how to bring employee ideas into play by using digital platforms," says Alexander Richter, Associate Professor at ITU and head of the I4L project.
The conference is for anyone interested in driving digital development in their organization, so it is not exclusively for people with formal management responsibilities. Between the talks, there will be breaks for networking.
There is room for 120 participants, and seats are first-come-first-served. Participation is free, as the research project is funded by the Danish Industry Foundation (Industriens Fond).
