The ITU OE mission is to introduce industry experts and entrepreneurs during the early stages of a researchers research to ensure greater impact to Danish society and abroad.
We welcome entrepreneurs and industry experts interested in becoming board members and co-founders along with intrapreneurs such as government, public, private and NGO’s who have applied agile research proposals. ITU OE can also connect you to the community of universities contributing to the OE initiative.
Open Entrepreneurship (OE) is a four-year Danish initiative funded by Industriens Fonden and a community of four Danish Universities: Aalborg University, Aarhus University, IT University of Copenhagen and Technical University of Denmark that aims to increase the utilization of research from Danish universities through the creation of start-ups and spin-outs. A few of ITU’s successful research start-ups are Configit (Configuration Tech), Serious Games Interactive (Gaming Education), Monsenso (HealthTech) and Flow Robotics (Robotics).
We look forward to increasing the impact of Danish research into Danish society and abroad.
