Articles of Association

The Articles of Association define the university’s purpose, governance structure, and decision-making procedures. They describe, among other things, the powers of the Rector and the Board, the composition of the Board, and the principles for involving staff and students in university governance.

The articles have been updated in 2025 due to an amendment to the Danish University Act.
