How ITU Processes Your Personal Data

All personal data that you submit in the registration form will be stored by ITU based on your consent and until you no longer wish to be a part of the Network. You can always change and/or correct your personal data and settings by contacting the ITU Alumni Network coordinator (see below).

Your personal data will never be shared to external third parties, nor will your personal data be passed on or redistributed to any third parties outside of ITU.

You may always retract your consent upon which your personal data will be deleted. Your personal data will also be deleted upon your request or at the time of your withdrawal from the ITU Alumni Network.

In the event of any questions concerning changes or corrections to your personal data and/or member settings, including withdrawal of your consent from the ITU Alumni Network and subsequent deletion of your newsletter subscription and personal data, please contact the ITU Alumni Network coordinator (alumni@itu.dk).

In the event of any questions or concerns regarding ITU’s processing of your personal data or any other general questions about data protection, please contact the ITU DPO team (dpo@itu.dk).

Should you have any complaints regarding ITU’s processing of your personal data, you have a right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet). However, ITU recommends contacting the ITU DPO team (dpo@itu.dk) to address any concerns you may have before doing so.
