Remuneration and reimbursement
Remuneration
To disburse the remuneration for completed censorship at ITU, Student Affairs and Programmes (SAP) will need the following:
- An original examination record signed by you and the examiner. You will receive a link to the examination record when booked for an exam.
- An external examiner report with an evaluation of the exams.
External Examiner Personal Data
If you have not previously been booked as external examiner at ITU or there has been significant changes to your personal information, please fill out and send the external examiner personal data form.
Travel Reimbursement Form
You can find the travel reimbursement form here.
For further information, please see the guidelines about transport and overnight stay.
Remuneration
Student Affairs and Programmes will calculate your fees based on the set hourly standards for each type of exam multiplied by the number of graduates. In addition, consideration is given to whether written work has been submitted individually or in groups.
Censors are remunerated according to current rates, and the fee is always paid through NemKonto.
The censor fee is always paid as a salary and not via an invoice to a private company.
The rate is DKK 480.37 per hour excluding holiday pay as of October 1, 2023. For each exam form, a time standard is established, on which the fee is calculated.
