98% of ITU research is freely available online
The IT University of Copenhagen is the leading Danish university when it comes to using Open Access for scientific publications.

Virtually all scientific publications produced at ITU are freely available to companies, organizations, government officials and citizens through the internet, shows the latest Open Access Indicator made by the Ministry of Education and Research.
With 98 percent of publications being Open Access, ITU is the national leader when it comes to making research available to the public.
The Open Access Indicator also shows that the Danish universities in general have become better at Open Access. On the national level, the share of Open Access scientific articles has increased from 23 percent to 36 percent in one year.
