IT University of Copenhagen appoints new Pro-Rector

On April 14, the Board of Directors at the IT University of Copenhagen appointed Jens Christian Godskesen as Pro-Rector. Jens Christian Godskesen comes from a position as Head of Department at the university.

“Executive Management, which currently consists of University Director Georg Dam Steffensen and myself, has had a close and good cooperation with Jens Christian Godskesen, and we look forward to working with him as a comprehensive management unit. The expansion of Executive Management from two to three individuals is timely, as we are putting into effect a new vision for the university about creating and sharing knowledge that is profound and leads to ground-breaking technologies and services for the benefit of humanity,” says Vice Chancellor Mads Tofte.

Jens Christian Godskesen will assume the new position on June 1, 2016.
