The health of students and staff is our top priority. We hope you find the guidelines and instructions on this page helpful in maintaining your overall health and wellbeing.
The university is continuously monitoring the latest advice and recommendations from the Danish Health Authority, and we will update the guidelines on this page regularly.
Taking precautions is the key to everyone’s health. We therefore expect that everyone present on campus will conform to the health and safety measures – i.e. respecting physical distancing requirements and keeping good hand hygiene – for the sake of everyone’s safety.
Valid Corona passport required
In order to enter campus both at Rued Langgards Vej and Emil Holms Kanal, you should be able to show a valid Corona passport. This could be a negative Covid-19 test no more than 72 hours old or documentation showing you have had the first vaccine shot or are fully vaccinated (at least 14 days and maximum 42 days after the first shot). You will not be checked at the entrance but there will be random checks.
You no longer need to uphold a distance requirement of one meter except when partaking in social events. However, please remember that not all are vaccinated yet and show consideration for their health by keeping a safe distance and keep your hands sanitized all day.
When arriving at ITU, you must wash or disinfect your hands. Please wash or disinfect your hands on a regular basis during the time you are present at ITU. Dispensers with alcohol hand sanitizer are placed in each end of the floors and in each end of the atrium.
Due to the risk of fire, we cannot provide a dispenser for each table.
We have increased the level of cleaning to mitigate the disease. High-touch surfaces – e.g. tables, doorknobs, light switches, railings, toilets, water taps, sinks etc. – will be cleaned twice a day in all the common areas which are in use. Tables which are only used by one employee will be cleaned once a day.
The biking facilities, changing rooms and all other facilities in the basement are in use except the fitness room which is closed until September.
Opening hours and access
The campus is open 24/7 for students and staff – both EHK and RLV.
Guests must have a valid reason for accessing the campus.
