FA and ITU invite IT students from all of Denmark to the fourth edition of Finance IT Day at ITU.
The financial sector is going through a lot of IT innovation and development these days due to digitalisation and the emergence of a range of new technologies. As an IT student, this opens up a lot of opportunities for exciting jobs and influence.
Finance IT Day is a collaboration between the IT University of Copenhagen and The Danish Employers' Association for the Financial Sector (FA). The purpose is to highlight the many job opportunities for IT students in the financial sector. Talented IT students and graduates are in high demand, whether your competences lie within software, business or digital design.
The theme of this year’s Finance IT Day is Artificial Intelligence and Software Robots. Speakers from Danske Bank and Topdanmark will tell how the two companies are working with software robots. And Copenhagen Fintech will tell you what they do to position Copenhagen as one of the leading FinTech Hubs in the global financial services industry.
Afterwards, you can meet representatives from a range of financial companies, who can tell you more about jobs and career opportunities in the financial sector.
The event is free and open to all IT students in Denmark.

Roboteers from Robotics Centre of Excellence will tell about the journey, the development model and the robotics trends in financial businesses. We will elaborate on the roles of the business analyst working closely with the business units and documenting requirements as well as the developer designing and developing the robots with different robotic technologies. We will bring real-life examples of software robots processing large number of cases, supporting case workers in their daily work, and providing input to longer complex process flows.”
